Items will be shipped as soon as possible once your order is complete. Freeze-dried products (especially fruit) can take a long time to process if there is not enough stock on hand to fulfill your order. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Please note that some freeze-dried products can be quite fragile so they could be damaged during transport. Even though this is normal, we will make every effort to package your order in such a way as to minimize this damage.
